Payment

Payment for fee and full deposit for hotel accommodations should be made in Japanese Yen.

Payment by overseas attendees should be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club).

Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy

Once you have registered, your registration and/or other options cannot be changed online. Any change or cancellation must be made in writing to KBCCC2020 REGISTRATION DESK (KNT), kbccc2020-reg@or.knt.co.jp

Conference Registration

• Please note that conference registration fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation

•In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting bank charge, commission and the following cancellation fee.

Reception

Before or on April 1st 2020 No Charge
After April 2nd 2020 The cost of banquet and Excursion fee is not refundable.

The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on our working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30 - 17:30 [Japan time = GMT+9:00] except for national holidays.) After the working hours, cancellation will be made on our next working day, which may incur charges.

Passport and Visa

A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).
The Registration Office will send an official letter of invitation upon request, through the registration form below after the registration and payment is complete.

If you require a visa to enter Japan, please register first. The Conference Secretariat(e-mail:kbccc2020-reg@or.knt.co.jp) will then make an invitation letter and a guarantee letter based on the information that you provide in the Visa Information Sheet and send them to you at the address specified on the sheet.
Please make your own application for visa acquisition at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate once you receive the letter.
* If you need to obtain a visa, please apply 3 months in advance of your visit.

Insurance

Participants are advised to procure their own travel insurance, as the Organizing Committee will assume no responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage.
