Welcome to the online registration site for the “ISMIP10”.
We ask all participants to make registration for symposium and hotel accommodation through this website before the deadline.
This website is managed and operated by Kinki Nippon Tourist Kansai (KNT), the official travel agent of this conference.
Please note that the registration and the hotel reservation will be accepted after completing the payment.

  • Hotel rates are per day per room in Japanese Yen, including service charge and consumption tax. Breakfast is included.

Common information


Payment for fee and full deposit for hotel accommodations should be made in Japanese Yen.

Payment by overseas attendees should be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB).
Domestic attendees are asked to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer to:

* Bank transfer charge should be borne by the applicant.

*The total amount should be settled by the application deadline, March 31 for Early bird registration, May 29 for Regular registration, accommodations and excursions.
* An invoice or bank payment slip will not be sent  to you for bank transfer.

Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy

Once you have registered, your registration and/or other options cannot be changed online. Any change or cancellation must be made in writing to ISMIP10 REGISTRATION DESK (KNT), ismip10@or.knt.co.jp

Conference Registration

• Please note that conference registration fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.


•In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting bank charge, commission and the following cancellation fee.

Hotel Accommodation

*Check-in after 10P.M. must be notified to the hotel in advance to avoid cancellation of reservations.
*If you do not show up on the check-in date, the rest of your reservation will be automatically cancelled.


Passport and Visa

A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).
The Registration Office will send an official letter of invitation upon request, through the registration form below after the registration and payment is complete.

If you require a visa to enter Japan, please register first. The Conference Secretariat(e-mail:info@ismip10.com) will then make an invitation letter and a guarantee letter based on the information that you provide in the Visa Information Sheet and send them to you at the address specified on the sheet.
Please make your own application for visa acquisition at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate once you receive the letter.
* If you need to obtain a visa, please apply 3 months in advance of your visit.
ISMIP10 Organizers, Secretariat, and the Registration Office are not responsible for visa issuance.


Participants are advised to procure their own travel insurance, as the Organizing Committee will assume no responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage.
