How to make reservation

  1. Please input, reconfirm and submit your personal data.
    *If you are a resident of EU, agreement is required for the “Processing of Personal Data of Customers in EU” before making personal data registration.
    *After personal data submission, login ID and password are automatically sent to you by e-mail.

Hotel Accommodations

The reservation deadline is 5pm on January 17, Friday, 2020.

Hotel reservation is available from "MyPage".
After logging onto "MyPage" with your ID and password, click on the "Hotel Accommodations” tab and make reservation.

  • Reservation period:February 16, Sunday to February 20, Thursday, 2020 (5 nights)
  • Hotel rates are per day per room in Japanese Yen, including service charge and consumption tax. Breakfast is included.
  • Rooms are reserved on first-come-first-served basis.

  • English speaking guide will be accompanied.
  • Minimum Participants Required: 30 persons for Matsushima Area, 25 persons for Sake Brewery
  • In case the number of applicants does not reach the minimum participants required, the excursion will not be operated. In this case, notification will be sent to you by e-mail before January 17 and your paid fare will be refunded.

Common information

Various Payments

Payment for registration and excursion fee should be made in Japanese Yen.

  1. Payment from the overseas participants should be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB).
  2. Only domestic bank transfer is accepted to this account.

  3. Payment should be completed by the following deadlines.

    Registration deadline: 5pm , January 31, Friday, 2020.

    Hotel Accommodations & Excursion reservation deadline:5pm, January 17, Friday, 2020.

Confirmation

6thGQAC2020 Registration Desk (KNT) will e-mail you a confirmation after the deadline, informing you of the completed registration, excursion which applies. Please be sure to bring the confirmation e-mail when you register at the venue

Change & Cancellation Policy

In case of change and/or cancellation, a written notification should be sent to 6thGQAC2020 Registration Desk, 6thgqac2020-reg@or.knt.co.jp.

The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30-17:30 [Japan time] except national holidays. After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.

Registration Fee

The conference registration fee, banquet and bento fee are non-refundable.

Hotel accommodations

Cancellation and change of reservation can be made online until hotel application deadline.
After the deadline, please notify by e-mail to 6thgqac2020-reg@or.knt.co.jp.

The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on our working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30 - 17:30 [Japan time = GMT+9:00] except for national holidays.) After the working hours, cancellation will be made on our next working day, which may incur charges.

*Check-in after 10P.M. must be notified to the hotel in advance to avoid cancellation of reservations.
*If you do not show up on the check-in date, the rest of your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Refund Policy for Hotel Accommodations

Refund will be made during or after the conference period, after deducting credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties.
The refund will be made to the same credit card.

Insurance
