Short Abstract Deadline: May 14, 2014

Non-invited presentations will be poster presentations on the 1st and 2nd days of the conference.
Please prepare your short abstract (approximately 200 words) with title, author's name, and affiliation, and then submit from the submission page which will be open on March, 2014.

Instructions for Extended Abstracts

  1. Deadline: June 20, 2014
  2. It is strongly recommended that you submit your extended abstract in PDF format (DOC format is also acceptable). For your convenience, we strongly recommend you to use a properly formatted MS-Word template that you can download.
  3. Paper size: A4 (8.27 inches × 11.69 inches or 210 mm × 297 mm)
  4. Software: Microsoft Word

  5. The length should NOT exceed 1 page.
  6. --Title text: 14 point Time New Roman, bold, capital letters, centered
    --Author(s): 12 point Times New Roman, bold, centered below the title (leave one line space between title and author names). Underline the presenting author.
    --Affiliation(s): 12 point Times New Roman, centered below the author(s), including the postal address and e-mail address of the presenting author
  7. Body text: 12 point Times Roman, single spaced
  8. Use of References and Footnotes -- In your abstract, use references and footnotes only if absolutely necessary. To incorporate references, use superscript numbers within the text of the abstract. Footnotes should be indicated by using asterisks (e.g., *, **). Place references after footnotes at the end of the abstract body.
  9. Use of Symbols and Greek Letters – Word documents are prone to losing formatting and special characters when opened in different versions of Word. If your abstract contains symbols, Greek letters, or superscripts and subscripts, please send a PDF document as well as the Word document.
